1. Identify the channels they will be using for their own start-ups.

2. Develop a customer relationship strategy on how they will get, keep, and grow their customers.

Add a new section to your google doc and title it "Channels". Describe the channels you will use to reach your customer segments. Include how you will make your customers aware of your products and services, how they will be able to see the value in your product or service, how they will buy it, how you will deliver it, and how you will provide customer service.

You are now going to think about your marketing strategy. In other words how are you going to get, keep, and grow your customers.
